Hydrocraft LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products in extreme environments or hazardous conditions.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Hydrocraft LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted—especially for custom-built performance gear. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
