1. The Nature of the Sports Hydrofoiling, kitesurfing, and surfing are extreme sports that involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. These activities are subject to the forces of nature and can be unpredictable. By using Hydrocraft equipment, you acknowledge that these sports can result in serious personal injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

2. Assumption of Risk By purchasing or using any Hydrocraft product, you agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risks of injury to yourself and to third parties.

3. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you (the user) hereby release, waive, and discharge Hydrocraft, its owners, employees, distributors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have for injuries, damages, or death arising out of the use of Hydrocraft products. This release applies regardless of the cause, including negligence or breach of warranty.

4. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you.
